Our Progression and Support Assessment is a 60 to 90 minute 1:1 session designed to:

• introduce you to our engaging environment and your mentor
• get to know more about you
• work with you to conduct an appraisal of your current skills and abilities
• support you in making initial plans for your progression
• make recommendations and advise on appropriate next steps and services which may be able to assist (not just Autus services)
